write to FBI through FL, congressmen, Senators, or FBI directors, USCIS directors, etc to complain the delay to their NC, FBI will count the number of delayed cases to report to the Hall say they lack of resource and budgets to process the cases in time. Or you help the FBI NC employee to secure their jobs, and the head of NC department get more budget and head count, i.e. more power. They all should appreciate us. So write more. I write to all the those guys once two months. of course, i am reasonable to give them some time to response my letter.
