what can it possibly mean? 485 LUD:9/7/07, RD=11/2006

EB2 I-485 with RD=11/2007 at NSC, it was updated on 9/7/2007, the status is still "received and pending", what can this LUD mean??

I-140 was approved a few months ago. NSC is processing 485 received last September, my case was received last November.
