thanks. but what if my full-time h-1b will reach the 6-year limit by the end of 2008? i know i can have it extended for another 1-or-3-year period based upon my pending i-485. however, can the part-time h-1b be extended as well? really curious... thanks so much for your quick response.

關於第二份part time工作，考古以前貼子，發現有兩種辦法：
１）用EAD，失去H－１B身份；
２）由提供part time job的雇主申請第二份H－１B，同時保留第一份full time的H－１B。

問題是：
關於part time job的工作性質有何要求（must be in the same or similar category？）？
