E-file perm need PIN?

Is PIN No mandontary to E-file Perm?
Our attorney register for me. The PIN was emailed to her. I do not have it. I fired my attorney when I submit 485 EB3 in July.
Now I want to file another Perm EB2. I doubt the attorney would release the PIN to me.

Can my employer register from scratch and get a new username, password and PIN?
