小白兔, Radiology 請幫忙！我需要交I-90嗎換卡嗎？

小白兔，我2007年6月7號打USCIS 1800 電話查詢I-485. 接線員給我submit了一個query,說45天內我會收到信。結果出乎意料我和LD的I-485 8月8號一起批了，綠卡我們8月15號就收到了. 可是今天我們又收到移民局的那封45天的信,
We created a permanent resident card for you and mailed it on 08/13/2007 to the address we had on file at that time. you have notified us that you have not received it and the post office has not returned it to us. We must conclude that it has been lost in the mail. Therefore, you will need to file a Form I-90, application to replace permanent resident card.........
我們現在卡都拿到了，難道還得再交I-90換綠卡嗎？我們現在收到的卡還管用嗎？我們需不需要給移民局打電話說我們收到了？謝謝！！！
