急問 -勞工紙批準後超過180天申請I-140， 會被拒嗎?

公 司 已 經 給 我 申 請 了 140 和 485。 今 天 聽 說 LC(PERM的)批 準 後 180天 內 必 須 申 請 140。 我 發 現 我 的 是 LC批 了 7個 月 後 公 司 才 給 遞 交 的 140， 會 被 拒 嗎 ?
