Expert, please comment on LUD on my I-485

I concurrently file my I-1485/I-140 on 6/1/07 without applying EAD and AP. My attorney sent out my application for EAD/AP last thursday afternoon instead for both my hubby and me. Today I got a LUD for my I-485 but not for my spouse. Do you think the LUD due to the filing of EAD/AP or new progress on my case? Please shed light on that. Thank you for your comment.
