去過infopass的朋友，請幫忙回答一下

My 485 has been pending for 6 months, can I go infopass to check if namecheck is cleared, if I could, when I make an appointment, what option I should choose from the four services below:
1. Order from Immigration Court - I don't have this order.
2. Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing - I don't have this notice.
3. EAD inquiry appointment - I did not apply for an EAD.
4. Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry - I did not contact NCSC.
Confused, any help will be appreciated.
