I have two 140, one (NIW) was approved two years back and one is pending. My 485 was concurrently filed the with NIW 140. But after called USCIS and was told that my 485 can not be processed until the approvement of the pending 140? Do you think if the IO is wrong, what can I do? how to correct it? my NC is cleared areadly.
