birth certificate =?=出生公證 etc etc

仔細閱讀了移壇關於birth certificate的新舊討論，發現有不同的聲音。希望各位高人和過來人能夠澄清一下：

1。 I-485 所要求的“a copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage, which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country of your birth" 是不是就是大家常說的出生公證呢？ [ 移壇至少有兩位過來人首先提供了出生公證，但USCIS 仍要求 birth certificate 補件。]

2。 無照片的出生公證到底能否符合移民局的要求？

3。 到底能不能485 申請人在美國準備好中英文樣式的birth certificate, 然後寄給國內的家人拿去公證處公證？
