XBT, Yanzi, Radiology, 和好心的過來人：I-485 RFE 急問：Birth certificate

今天收到 I-485 補件通知，需要在10月4日前提供我和老婆的birth certificate. “Submita copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage, which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country of your birth." 我們出國前都沒有辦理出生公證。現在時間緊急，請問什麽是最快的最有效的辦法獲取birth certificate?
