Actually, I got the same letter 6 months ago. At first I felt quite happy. Finally I realized that USCIS just wants us to be patient and not inquire your status in 6 months by sending this kind of letter.

It doesn't mean that NC is cleared, at least in my case.

It could happen when you inquire your status twice in two months.
