140 with 485 together 09/2005 (NIW), TSC
140 (NIW) approved 10/2005
2nd 140 (EB1) RD 10/2006 and pending
485 transfered TSC to NSC
NC cleared in 09/2006

I called NSC today and was told because my I140 (EB1) in NSC was not approved yet, so I485 must wait there. I explained my I-140 (NIW) was approved already,

Do you think it is possible that NSC linked my I485 to 2nd I-140 without my request? Two month ago IO in NSC told me that my 485 was wating for available officer. But today....?
