回複：誠心請教各位大俠，關於來美探親B2簽證的有關問題

1. 一般入境的時候是不是隻會給半年的逗留時間, 如果說想住10個月一般會不會批準?
- The stay period is granted at CBP, not something you could request

2. 如果真的給了10個月逗留期, 下次再簽出來的話會不會有麻煩?
- If your parents are granted to stay 10 mos, it will not necessarily affect when they apply visa later

3. 聽說半年以後可以延期, 但又聽說延期以後第2次再想簽就會被拒? 是不是這樣呢?
- Your parents may extend while they're present in the states, and such extension, if granted, will not necessarily result in a denial on next visa application

4. 我爸媽簽證有效期是一年, ENTRIES 是 M, 那麽如果半年以後回國兩個月, 然後再返回來，就不用重新簽證,直接就可以過來再住4個月了嗎?
- They may re-enter as late as 9/4/08 and are still granted another 6 mo of stay.
