I checked my mother-in-law's case number GUZ2007****** but I got an error "Case Status Retrieval Failed". Maybe the system only accepts US cases but not the AP cases?

My experience (a Guangzhou AP case) is that I found the US embassy website and purchased an on-line calling card. I called their phone system and was told the case has not arrived in GUZ.
