Question for Xiaobaitu and Pjiang

I've got my i-485 approved yesterday, the greencard has been ordered but i may not expect it in a week or two. My question is how do i travel abroad. I have two travel plan in next two weeks. What document do I need to carry with me. I have AP approved in April, and have used it twice since then.
