請教:表妹拿到美國B1簽證，沒拿到加拿大的，能由美國衝關進加嗎?

她說男朋友是加籍華人，她先來美國，然後男朋友到美國和他會合，在美國玩玩，然後兩人再去加拿大。因為她沒有去加拿大的簽證，想經Baffalo衝關去加拿大，請問這樣可行嗎? 可能發生什麽問題? 在線等。
