If I were you, I will tell them. Reasons: 1. As you said, they are RenJing, they may increase your salary immediately.A couple of people around me met such things. 2.Let them feel you trust them, you take them as friends.It is easier to deal later. 3. They will find people to share your work if they are smart enough since you are not locked to them anymore.
