Xiaobaitu,pjiang, radiology, help me, your ideas are very import

I got I140 reference for the basic NIW questions. Now I got 8 recommendations more for the recommendations. Three from local, one from company, one from other university. They are all americans. Three from chinese people(two was independent, one of them from NIH). Do you think I need to file all of recommendations? Are there too much chinese people there? I hestite not to file all of three recommendation from chinese. What do you think? file all or 7?
