should keep in your hands, you may also receive a copy from USCIS (although it is also 'original', but when you see detail, you will find its written" this is a copy of xxx, the original one was send to attorney xxx"), so ask him or her to give you back; for the 485receipt, what i got at that time was a copy, its ok to renew everything since they just need a copy.
