回複:誰在美加兩邊都住過,比較一下?

70,000 is a high salary in Canada, If it is senior level position, it is in mid-low range though. I am talking about Toronto. Depends on the city where you live, in Toronto, 70,0000 is hard to support a nice house in a nice community (about $500,000 for a single house), unless you have big saving to put in for down payment. As everyone knows, the medical system is nice in Canada. You'll be covered for visiting doctors. If you have children, you'll have so called "milk fee" from government. Also, your children will get $100/month before 6. This money is giving to you regardless your income. However, the "milk fee" is depended on your family income level. I don't think you'll get it with this salary. I would say there is pros and cons in Canada, it depends on what type of life you want, and what city you are in US and in Canada.
