My family's green card

My 485 (EB1b) was approevd last month, and I already received my Card on Aug 7, 2007. But the applications of my wife and my son are still pending. Actually, their cases were update on Aug 3, but no further information. Does somebody know what's going on? Should the case of family member be processed at the same time with the main applicator? Thanks very much for the kind help!
