急問各位大俠；H1b extension approved after AP approval，可用AP回國嗎？

我計劃九月中回國，申請AP後7月批下來。但因為H1B 8月底過期，申請快速extension審批，前些天H1b extension 批準。但我的律師說，我現在不能用批下的AP回國，因為新的H1B自動取消以前的AP. 怎麽會這樣？還有別的方法9月回國嗎？
