P.Jiang, XaioBaiTou, pease help: I received finger print

notice and EAD which was issued on 8/24 and 8/30, respectively. How come I have not received 485 receipt which was mailed to me on 8/20 as shown at online case status. What should I do for 485 receipt? Is 485 receipt also required for finger print? Thanks a lot for advices.
