My I 140 was approved by the end og July and got LUD on 8/5/2007 too, on the same day, mine and hu*****and;s AP got the LUD (it has been approved by the end of June). I was worrying that my I-485 will get review in October, because I have got layoff notice I will lose my job by the end of october.
