幫忙看看-關於搬家，收卡

"on Aug. 31st, we ordered production of your new card（765）. Please allow
30 days for your card to be mailed to you."

從這個email到真正收到， 一般要多長時間哪？
隻是郵寄時間嗎？還有其他過程嗎？
我還有15天就要離開現住址啦。正要跟移民局改地址哪，就收到了這個。
我現在這地址是該還是不改呢？
