Could you tell me which center you suppose to fill

Since your I-140 approved in NSC, Does your I-485 suppose to fill in NSC? Why your case transfer to TSC?

File in the Nebraska Service Center if the place of permanent employment is in:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming

I am CA resident. I filled I-140 and I-485 to NSC on July 2.I-140 approved at NSC, but no receipt notice for I-485. I-765, and I-131.
