請問在遞交I-485（婚姻）後再開始申請H1簽證是否會導致

H1被拒絕？是否一定要遞出H1申請後才可以file I-485? (不是沒事找事，因為工作不能中斷，而申請EAD時會有一段gap）多謝指教。
