Using AP will afect your visa status

Just received letter from attorney regarding how to use AP


"When you reenter the United States using your Advance Parole document,
you will subsequently work pursuant to your Employment Authorization
Document ("EAD card"), not pursuant to your previous nonimmigrant visa
status. if you currently hold H or L non-immigrant status, please contact
our office before you travel to determine if it is in your best interest
to reenter the United States pursuant to your nonimmigrant visa, or to use
Advance Parole document."
