First send "知名度比較高" a QQH so she may give you her opinion on medical aspect.

For legal one, you may be easy to find those lawyers who represent you at no cost in the front when you're not the faulty party in 人身傷害 case (they only get paid when cases win). Also they will refer you to doctors they know and they have connections with.

If you release your location, maybe someone here may find you a local attorney as such.
