我是從EB3轉EB2，正在辦EB2 的PERM, 收到這樣的一個電郵，我看不太明白。我想請問這影響到我的第一個已批準的EB3 PERM 485 麽？新的最後說我要email or fax 謝什麽東西給他們，這正常麽？謝謝。


Only one certified Form ETA 9089 may be issued to the employer (in care of the attorney/representative of record) per case. Any subsequent request for a certified Form ETA 9089, no matter what the reason, is considered a request for a duplicate application. Requests for duplicates may be initiated by the employer, attorney/representative of record, or alien beneficiary per the regulations at 20 CFR 656.30(e)(2). Please email or fax your request and evidence of filing your visa application or I-140 visa petition to our office at 312-353-3352. Please note that the evidence of filing submitted must include a Consular Office or DHS tracking number.
