lud on AP

HI, I have I485 filed in April, 24, 2007. Got FP on 5/11/2007. Lud on I485 on 5/15/2007. My AP got approval on 06/15/2007. and I-140 approval on 7/30/2007. There is LUD on AP on 8/5/2007 and I140 on 8/5/2005. What does this mean? Does this mean they are working on I485? I got lay off by the end of october, so i only have two monthes to land a job and do not want to be un employment while i 485 in review.
