移民局咋的啦，不少07/02 NSC filers 沒有得到receipts,或checks not cashed

公布日期卻說已處理到7/24. 莫非那些還沒有收到receipts(或checks not cashed) 07/02--07/16 filers 材料都轉到其他中心???
