No. I called weekly and even this morning. The customer service won't transfer you to the officer anymore unless the case is over 90 days. I had the same situation asked why the process date is 7/24 while the 7.2 case had not got any receipt. The customer services said they don't know what was posted by USCIS but the policy they got right now is to wait till 90 days.
