Not really, since I am a student, I cannot take the risk of out of status if I failed 1-140 application when I filed concurrently (someoen told me). The GC is not as important as a Ph.D degree which is my goal. That means I cann finish my study at least if I failed I-140 application with I-485 (someone told me). I do think it is a more concern for student. However, when you finish your study you have to leave this country. For me it is OK, I don't care where I live. For students who want to be USA, it is better find job first then apply, it is more safe.
