If the attorney just signed G-28 forms, but not the 485 forms (I signed the 485 forms, prepared by the Lawer company), is it okay? I went through the package with the paralegal. They said the attorney did not sign the 485 application form, since it was your perpition. They did this for all the AOS cases.
