問485 補充體檢材料

我父親辦485，收到移民局通知說缺了TB skin test。實際上他是直接做了x-ray。現在要醫生重送材料，那還要醫生重填一份693體檢表嗎？還是隻要補上x-ray正常的報告就可以了？TB skin test那項要怎麽填呢？謝謝。
