In addition to correcting those stupid grammer error in the previous post, just one more thing. In US, do not panic or be frustrated in such situations in the future, if there is nothing wrong on your side, always try to record every evidence you can have, written/recording/witness etc. no matter whether you want to file a law suit or not later.
