call cruse company ask for a refund

and tell them if they don't refund you will sue them.
because you have no problem to get into Canada and come back. it is their mistake.

You should have been stronger when u were there. tell them to f@uck off and it is your problem not theirs to worry about if u can get into Canada and come back.
