我的EAD更新申請被退了回來.

I put a $180 check in the EAD renewal application and mailed it to TSC. The package arrived on 08/17.

Just got the package returned to me today, saying the fee should be $340.

My green card was approved so this is the best result for me (I did file a Stop Payment request at my bank for the $180 check).

I am just concerned about others (those who really need the EAD renewal) that may get rejected as well because of the fee difference.

Should the fee be $180 or $340 for a person who is eligible to file 485 according to the July VB and his application package arrived on 08/17?
