I-485 approval, 小白兔請指教，多謝！

XDJM, I would like to share the following info:

NIW (with dependents)
I-140/485 concurrent filing, 09/27/05 (VSC)
1st fp, 10/27/05
Case transfer from VSC to NSC, 05/11/06
I-140 approved on 8/14/06
2nd fp, 3/23/07
I-485 approval (email) notice, 08/20/07
I-485 approval notice, 08/25/07

Also two questions:

1. Only two of the three I-485 cases have been approved, why USCIS missed the third one?

2. I have not received any info regarding either registration of permanent residency or ordering of the cards, how long should I wait before I call USCIS?
