file seperately for you and your wife. basically, one 485 form per person.

if your wife is not working. then file a form (i can not remember the name of the form) to show that you can finiacially support her so that she will not be public charge, alone with the form, have your W-2 and 1040 tax forms of last three years attached. if she works, submit her employment letter instead.
