求XBT, Pjiang!哭求幫助！公司是不是欺負人？H1B幫助！

老板有A 和B兩個 公司，我的H1b 是A公司的，要轉到B公司去。我問律師助理說的作H1 transfer. 然後他們打電話，和律師通話，叫上我，放SPEAKER。律師說2，3個月再transfer 也沒問題。
我怎麽覺得不是這樣的？
