EAD 過期，公司不讓工作， 各位高手教教怎麽辦

nsc EAD renew 6/25, 現有EAD 8/27 過期。公司死活不讓再工作， 聽說美國公司180天之內可以雇用無身份人員不用罰金，不知道是不是真有這個法律條款。公司說就連volunteer 也不行， 大家教教我該怎麽辦
