有關ＦＰ

我的Ｉ－４８５是四月份交的，到現在還沒有受到ＦＰ。經過多次與公司ＨＲ交涉，今天她終於幫我和公司律師聯係了。通過律師和ＴＳＣ的ＩＯ電話，終於發現我的ＦＰ在五月中旬就Schedule了，但正好那幾天移民局的係統出了故障，那段時間內就沒有發出任何通知。從那以後，就再也沒人管我的ＦＰ。

如果有ＸＤＪＭ和我的情況差不多的，請盡快和你的律師聯絡把。

通過這件事可以看出，讓有實力的律師幫忙辦綠卡，還是有好處的，他們有我們沒有的和ＣＩＳ溝通的渠道。要不是律師幫忙，我這個ＦＰ還不知道要出什麽狀況呢。以下是律師發給我的eamil中關鍵部分：

...I was able to speak with a contact of mine at the Texas Service Center. She found out that he had been scheduled for biometrics on May 15th, but she said the immigration service had some kind of problem with their notices at that time and nobody scheduled for May 15, 16, or 17 actually received their notices. She is going to reschedule his and his family for biometrics, and will send out a new biometrics notice. Let's connect again in 30 days, and if he still hasn't received a notice I'll do another follow-up. I would expect that he should receive a biometrics appointment in the next couple of weeks...
