xiao bai tu, Pjiang, 等，請問我的case正常麽？我怎樣辦？

4月份，申請H4 to F1, 6月份補材料， 6月19通知說，60天內處理。但現在多沒有消息，開學即在，打電話，發傳真，寄快件 到VSC都沒有消息。怎麽辦？？？
