和NSC representative 通電話討論 NC

我2006年9月同時遞交 140 和 485 （EB1)，11月作了FP, 2007年7月140 批準。但 485 沒有任何的 LUD. 今天給 NSC 通電話，這位representative 很耐心，告訴我 background/security checking is still in process, 但卻不能提供更多的信息 。請教各位高人，我的情況正常嗎？ NC 是不是出了問題？
