Eb1 always fast. No harm to do that.

3. 485的處理時間對EB1A和NIW好像是一樣？那豈不是沒有必要申請EB1A了？
When they issue your GC, if NIW retrogresses, you may have to wait for PD becomes current, based on this, EB1 has priority.
