急問！！！I 485 name check clear or not

I140 filed at September 2005 and approved at OCT 2005, EB2, NIW. 我在7/13/07打電話給CIS問我的I485 case status.由於他們當天的係統有問題， 我的電話被轉到customer service.一個“officer"告訴我pending on name check,她還告訴我由於她已經告訴我結果，CIS將不會給我正式函告。

However,我今天收到CIS函告關於我7/13/07的問詢。“your case is currently awaiting assignment to an officer. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 90 days of the date of this letter"

我的case一直沒有update.

能有好心人告訴我這是什麽意思。name check cleared or not.萬分感謝！！！
