綠卡批了 EB2@TSC

03/2005: file EB2 RIR LC
04/2006: LC approved
05/2006: I-140 approved
10/2006: file I-485 for LD and me
04/2007: NC cleared (was told by TSC IO in 08/2007) and got RFE for TB (so I guess the RFE means sth. for my case)
05/2007: RFE filed
waiting GC since then, but my LD's NC was still pending
07/2007: LD's NC cleared (was told by TSC IO in 08/2007)
call TSC IO several time in August, and was told everything is ready except processing time and visa number. Last Wednesday, called NSC and a CSR agreed to file an inquiry for my case. So it's not surprise to see
08/21/2007: my I-485 approved
Hope LD's I-485 will be approved soon because a TSC IO agreed to file an inquiry for LD's case last Friday.
